What payment methods are available? Do I have to pay in advance?
Non-refundable bookings are charged within 24 hours of reservation. For other bookings, you can pay by cash or Visa/ MasterCard at check-out. A card number is only needed to guarantee your reservation and won’t be charged at booking. Please check the payment policy for your reservation type.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings (except non-refundable ones) can be modified or cancelled up to 72 hours before arrival without charge. After that, a late cancellation or no-show fee equal to the first night applies.
What time is check-in?
From 2:00 p.m.
What time is check-out?
By 12:00 p.m.
Can I request a late check-out?
